Authors are required to ensure that submitted manuscripts:
• are original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere
• are written in clear and professional English
• demonstrate scholarly rigor and ethical research practices
• conform strictly to the journal’s formatting and referencing requirements

Manuscript Structure
A typical manuscript should include:
• Title
• Abstract (150–250 words)
• Keywords (3–6)
• Introduction
• Literature Review
• Methodology
• Results/Findings
• Discussion
• Conclusion and Implications
• References

Formatting Requirements
• Word length: 5,000–8,000 words (excluding references)
• Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
• Tables: Times New Roman, 10-point
• Line spacing: 1.5
Referencing style: APA (latest edition)
