Abstract: Abstract Sustainable financing of TVET programmes for employability of graduates is an issue that should not be overlooked and then this paper 'Sustainable financing of TVET programmes for employability of graduates in Nigeria. Two research questions guided the study. The study used descriptive survey design. The instrument for the study was structured questionnaire designed by the researcher. The questionnaire was administered personally by the researcher with the help of one research assistant. A total of 120 copies of the questionnaire administered were returned and analyzed for the study. The study found that non sponsorship of staff for workshops and inadequate facilities for training of students were challenges to TVET programmes financing. It was also found that enterprise levy grants, scholarship and marketing of Technical and Vocational Education manpower through consultancy services as well as operating hiring and rental services of school facilities were acceptable for sustainable financing strategies for TVET programmes for employability of graduates.
